All bids must be emailed to david.straten@veniceprops.com or housing@veniceprops.com depending on your point of contact. All invoices must be submitted electronically by emailing them to david.straten@veniceprops.com AND to veniceprops@invoices.appfolio.com at the same time. You can use the cc line for the 2nd email address. All invoices must be in PDF format to be able to be received into our system. All other file formats will not come through, it must be PDF.

The final balance will be sent out within 3-4 business days following receipt of invoice, completed scope of work, and job approval.
